Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds duck breast
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 0.25 cup rice wine
- teaspoons soy sauce
Directions
- Gently score the duck breast skin in a tight crosshatch pattern using a sharp knife.
- Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over moderate heat.
- Now, sauté the onion until tender and translucent.
- Add in the duck breasts; sear the duck breasts for 10 to 13 minutes or until the skin looks crispy with golden brown color; drain off the duck fat from the skillet.
- Serve and enjoy once done!
