Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds duck breast
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 0.25 cup rice wine
  • teaspoons soy sauce

Directions

  1. Gently score the duck breast skin in a tight crosshatch pattern using a sharp knife.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over moderate heat.
  3. Now, sauté the onion until tender and translucent.
  4. Add in the duck breasts; sear the duck breasts for 10 to 13 minutes or until the skin looks crispy with golden brown color; drain off the duck fat from the skillet.
  5. Serve and enjoy once done!
