Ingredients

  • 12 bacon slices
  • 4.5 tablespoons unsweetened dark chocolate
  • 2.25 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons liquid stevia

Directions

  1. Pre-heat you oven to 425 degree F
  2. Skewer bacon into iron skewers
  3. Arrange skewers on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until they show a crispy texture
  4. Transfer to cooling rack
  5. Take a saucepan and place it over low heat, add coconut oil and let it melt
  6. Stir in coconut chocolate and heat until it melts
  7. Add stevia and gently stir
  8. Place crispy bacon on parchment paper and drizzle chocolate mix
  9. Let the chocolate harden
  10. Serve!
