Ingredients
- 12 bacon slices
- 4.5 tablespoons unsweetened dark chocolate
- 2.25 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1.5 teaspoons liquid stevia
Directions
- Pre-heat you oven to 425 degree F
- Skewer bacon into iron skewers
- Arrange skewers on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until they show a crispy texture
- Transfer to cooling rack
- Take a saucepan and place it over low heat, add coconut oil and let it melt
- Stir in coconut chocolate and heat until it melts
- Add stevia and gently stir
- Place crispy bacon on parchment paper and drizzle chocolate mix
- Let the chocolate harden
- Serve!
