Ingredients

  • 2 1-ounce slices of Canadian bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Salt, to season
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halves

Directions

  1. Heat up a nonstick aluminum pan over a medium-high flame. Once hot, fry the bacon until crispy; reserve, living the rendered fat in the pan.
  2. Turn the heat to medium-low.
  3. Crack the eggs into the bacon grease. Cover the pan with a lid and fry the eggs until they are cooked through
  4. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with the reserved bacon and cherry tomatoes on the side. Enjoy!
