Ingredients
- 2 1-ounce slices of Canadian bacon
- 4 eggs
- 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Salt, to season
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halves
Directions
- Heat up a nonstick aluminum pan over a medium-high flame. Once hot, fry the bacon until crispy; reserve, living the rendered fat in the pan.
- Turn the heat to medium-low.
- Crack the eggs into the bacon grease. Cover the pan with a lid and fry the eggs until they are cooked through
- Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with the reserved bacon and cherry tomatoes on the side. Enjoy!
