Ingredients
- 2 8-ounces packages of cream cheese
- 0.5 cup Erythritol
- 2 organic eggs
- 0.5 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 10 cups of a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, add the cream cheese, Erythritol, eggs, and vanilla extract and beat until smooth.
- Transfer mixture evenly into the prepared muffin cups and then sprinkle each with cinnamon.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove the muffin tin from the oven and place it onto a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes.
- Carefully invert the muffins onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve
