Ingredients
- 1 lb or 4 pieces of chicken breast
- 0.75 cup flaxseed flour
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp of garlic salt
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the flaxseed flour and parmesan cheese with the garlic salt and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat two eggs.
- Cut the chicken breasts into two thick stripes or bite-sized squares.
- Dip each chicken piece first into the egg and then to the dry mixture, making sure that everything is coated evenly.
- Grease a skillet with a bit of oil or butter and shallow dry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from the heat and serve on a dish with paper and a small bowl of marinara sauce
