Ingredients

  • 1 pound extra firm tofu, drained and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 tablespoons yeast
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except tofu and olive oil in a shallow bowl
  2. Mix well
  3. Pre-heat your oven to 400 degree F
  4. In the wide bowl, add almond meal and mix well
  5. Brush tofu with olive oil dip into the mix and coat well
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  7. Transfer coated tofu to the baking sheet
  8. Bake for 20-30 minutes, making sure to flip once until golden brown
  9. Serve and enjoy!
