Ingredients
- 8 large emulsified egg yolks 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 cup unsalted butter
Directions
- Combine the egg yolks, salt, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
- Put the butter in your microwave for around 60 seconds, until melted and hot.
- Turn the blender on a low speed and slowly pour in the butter until the sauce begins to thicken.
- Serve!
