Ingredients

  • 8 large emulsified egg yolks 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 cup unsalted butter

Directions

  1. Combine the egg yolks, salt, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
  2. Put the butter in your microwave for around 60 seconds, until melted and hot.
  3. Turn the blender on a low speed and slowly pour in the butter until the sauce begins to thicken.
  4. Serve!
