- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup toasted pine nuts
Directions
- Boil a pot of water.
- Boil a pot of water.
- Heat the butter in a large skillet over high heat. Add the garlic and pine nuts and sauté for 2 minutes or until the pine nuts are lightly browned.
- Transfer the green beans to the skillet and turn until coated
- Serve!
