Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup toasted pine nuts

Directions

  1. Boil a pot of water.

  3. Heat the butter in a large skillet over high heat. Add the garlic and pine nuts and sauté for 2 minutes or until the pine nuts are lightly browned.
  4. Transfer the green beans to the skillet and turn until coated
