Ingredients

  • 1 whole avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare avocado by slicing half lengthwise, and discard seed
  2. Gently prick skin of avocado with fork
  3. Set your avocado halves, skin down on small baking sheet, lined with aluminum foil
  4. Top with sauce and drizzle lime juice
  5. Season with salt and pepper
  6. Sprinkle half parmesan cheese in each cavity, set your broiler to high for 2 minutes
  7. Add rest of the cheese and return to your broiler until cheese melts and avocado slightly browns
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
