- 1 chicken breast, pre-cooked
- 0.5 ounce parmesan, grated
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tablespoon water
Directions
- Cut breast into bite sized portions
- Take a bowl and add parmesan, flour, baking powder, water
- Mix well
- Cover chicken pieces in batter
- Take a skillet and place it over medium heat, add oil and let it heat up
- Add chicken nuggets and fry until golden brown
