Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast, pre-cooked
  • 0.5 ounce parmesan, grated
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 tablespoon water

Directions

  1. Cut breast into bite sized portions
  2. Take a bowl and add parmesan, flour, baking powder, water
  3. Mix well
  4. Cover chicken pieces in batter
  5. Take a skillet and place it over medium heat, add oil and let it heat up
  6. Add chicken nuggets and fry until golden brown
  7. Serve and enjoy!
