Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of (12 ounces) hot pepper sauce
  • 0.5 cup melted ghee
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano + onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 5 pounds chicken wing sections

Directions

  1. Take a large bowl and mix in hot sauce, ghee, garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, and mix well
  2. Add chicken wings and toss to coat
  3. Pour mix into Slow Cooker and cook on LOW for 6 hours
  4. Serve and enjoy!
  5. Tip: If you don’t have a slow cooker, you may use an Iron-Cast Dutch Oven. The temperature is 200 Degrees F for LOW and 250 degrees F for HIGH
