Ingredients

  • 1 cup cauliflower, cooked and cooled
  • 0.75 cup Keto Friendly Protein Powder
  • 0.5 cup ground peanuts
  • 3 egg
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 4 teaspoons stevia
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee, melted
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degree F
  2. Grease muffin tin
  3. Add cauliflower, peanut butter, powder, eggs, coconut oil, baking powder, stevia to a bowl and mix, keep it on the side
  4. Pour batter into muffin tins
  5. Take a bowl and add cinnamon and ghee, pour ½ teaspoon of the mix on top of each muffin and swirl using toothpick
  6. Bake for 10 minutes
  7. Remove from oven and let them cool
  8. Serve and enjoy!
