Ingredients
- 1 cup cauliflower, cooked and cooled
- 0.75 cup Keto Friendly Protein Powder
- 0.5 cup ground peanuts
- 3 egg
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 4 teaspoons stevia
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons Ghee, melted
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven to 350 degree F
- Grease muffin tin
- Add cauliflower, peanut butter, powder, eggs, coconut oil, baking powder, stevia to a bowl and mix, keep it on the side
- Pour batter into muffin tins
- Take a bowl and add cinnamon and ghee, pour ½ teaspoon of the mix on top of each muffin and swirl using toothpick
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Remove from oven and let them cool
- Serve and enjoy!
