Simple Cinnamon Cocoa Almonds

Ingredients

  • 3 cups raw almonds
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 0.25 cup Erythritol
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Add almonds coconut oil to the slow cooker and stir until coated
  2. Season with salt
  3. Mix in Erythritol, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and cover
  4. Cook on HIGH for 2 hours, making sure to stir every 30 minutes
  5. Transfer nuts to a large baking sheet and spread them out to cool
  6. Serve and enjoy!
