Ingredients
- 3 cups raw almonds
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 0.25 cup Erythritol
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Add almonds coconut oil to the slow cooker and stir until coated
- Season with salt
- Mix in Erythritol, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and cover
- Cook on HIGH for 2 hours, making sure to stir every 30 minutes
- Transfer nuts to a large baking sheet and spread them out to cool
- Serve and enjoy!
