Fancy Rutabaga Cakes

Ingredients

  • 2 rutabagas, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 stick butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Directions

  1. Place a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add butter and let it melt.
  3. Add thyme and stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Take a bowl and add rutabaga slices into it and pour the mix.
  5. Layer rutabaga slices in muffin tins and top with butter on top.
  6. Take a foil and cover muffin tins.
  7. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
