Ingredients
- 2 rutabagas, thinly sliced
- 0.5 stick butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
Directions
- Place a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add butter and let it melt.
- Add thyme and stir for 2 minutes.
- Take a bowl and add rutabaga slices into it and pour the mix.
- Layer rutabaga slices in muffin tins and top with butter on top.
- Take a foil and cover muffin tins.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
