Ingredients

  • 0.5 c of cacao butter and coconut manna
  • 4 tbsp of powdered coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp of granulated stevia
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 0.25 c of dried and crushed raspberries, frozen

Directions

  1. Prepare your double boiler to medium heat and melt cacao butter and coconut manna
  2. Stir in vanilla extract
  3. Take another dish and add coconut powder and sugar substitute
  4. Stir the coconut mix into the cacao butter, 1 tablespoon at a time, making sure to keep mixing after each addition
  5. Add the crushed dried raspberries
  6. Mix well and portion it out into muffin tins
  7. Chill for 60 minutes and enjoy!
