Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 ounces Camembert cheese, diced
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 pound button mushrooms, halved
  • Black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place a skillet over medium high heat
  2. Add butter and let it melt
  3. Once the butter has melted, add garlic and Saute until translucent, should take 3 minutes
  4. Add mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes
  5. Season with pepper and serve
  6. Enjoy!
