Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds chicken pieces, boneless, skinless
  • 8 ounces Pepper Jack cheese, cubed
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 15 ounces chunky salsa

Directions

  1. Take a crockpot and put the chicken pieces on the bottom of it.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook for 8 hours on low.
  4. Remove chicken pieces and shred, return to the pot.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
