Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds chicken pieces, boneless, skinless
- 8 ounces Pepper Jack cheese, cubed
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 15 ounces chunky salsa
Directions
- Take a crockpot and put the chicken pieces on the bottom of it.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Cook for 8 hours on low.
- Remove chicken pieces and shred, return to the pot.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
