Ingredients
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
- 14 ounces chicken stock
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 0.25 cup heavy cream
- 3 cups ham, chopped
- 16 ounces cauliflower florets
- 1 cup carrot, sliced into thin rings
Directions
- Add ham, stock, cheese, cauliflower, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, garlic, carrot, heavy cream to Slow Cooker
- Stir well
- Place lid and cook on HIGH for 4 hours
- Stir and divide between bowls
- Serve and enjoy!
