Ingredients

  • 1 lb log goat cheese
  • 0.33 cup pecans, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons bacon syrup
  • 2 teaspoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, add the chopped basil, bacon, and chives. Cook for 1-2 minutes and set aside.
  2. Finely chop the pecans and transfer them to a large plate. Then roll the goat cheese in the chopped pecans.
  3. Drizzle with the bacon mixture and serve. Enjoy
