Ingredients
- 1 lb log goat cheese
- 0.33 cup pecans, chopped
- 3 tablespoons bacon syrup
- 2 teaspoons fresh basil, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped
Directions
- In a small saucepan, add the chopped basil, bacon, and chives. Cook for 1-2 minutes and set aside.
- Finely chop the pecans and transfer them to a large plate. Then roll the goat cheese in the chopped pecans.
- Drizzle with the bacon mixture and serve. Enjoy
