Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Hard Goat cheese, grated
  • 4 cups spinach, fresh
  • 4 strawberries, garnish
  • 0.5 cup flaked almonds, toasted
  • 4 tablespoons Raspberry vinaigrette, check for Keto-Friendliness

Directions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 400 degree F
  2. Line a baking sheet using parchment paper, cut the parchment paper in half
  3. Grate goat cheese onto each half
  4. Form two circles using the grated cheese
  5. Bake for 10 minutes
  6. Transfer to a bowl and let it cool in the bowl shape
  7. Peel the cheese off
  8. Add remaining ingredients into the cheese and toss well
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
