- 2 cups baby spinach
- 0.33 lb prosciutto
- 1 cantaloupe
- 1 avocado
- 0.25 cup diced red onion handful of raw, unsalted walnuts How To
Directions
- Put a cup of spinach on each plate.
- Top with the diced prosciutto, cubes of balls of melon, slices of avocado, a handful of red onion, and a few walnuts.
- Add some freshly ground pepper, if you like.
- Serve!
