Ingredients
- 4 Portobello mushroom
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh thyme
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit
- Put out the stems from the mushrooms
- Chop them into small pieces
- Take a bowl and mix stem pieces with thyme, salt and blue cheese and mix well
- Fill up mushroom with the prepared cheese
- Top them with some oil
- Take a baking sheet and place the mushrooms
- Bake for 15 minutes to 20 minutes
- Serve warm and enjoy!
