Ingredients

  • 3.5 pounds beef roast
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 12 ounces beef stock
  • 1 ounce onion soup mix
  • 0.5 cup Italian dressing

Directions

  1. Take a bowl and add stock, onion soup mix and Italian dressing
  2. Stir
  3. Put beef roast in pan
  4. Add mushrooms, stock mix to the pan and cover with foil
  5. Pre-heat your oven to 300 degree F
  6. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes
  7. Let the roast cool
  8. Slice and serve
  9. Enjoy with the gravy on top!
