Ingredients

  • 4 ounces beef liver, cooked
  • 1 egg, hard boiled
  • 1 ounce dried mushroom
  • 1 whole onion, minced
  • 2 ounces mayonnaise
  • 2 ounces olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dill for serving
  • 0.5 a red bell pepper, sliced

Directions

  1. Cut mushroom and livers into stripsand transfer to a bowl
  2. Peel the egg and slice it, transfer to bowl
  3. Add remaining ingredients and toss well
  4. Sprinkle with dill and serve!
