Ingredients
- 4 ounces beef liver, cooked
- 1 egg, hard boiled
- 1 ounce dried mushroom
- 1 whole onion, minced
- 2 ounces mayonnaise
- 2 ounces olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dill for serving
- 0.5 a red bell pepper, sliced
Directions
- Cut mushroom and livers into stripsand transfer to a bowl
- Peel the egg and slice it, transfer to bowl
- Add remaining ingredients and toss well
- Sprinkle with dill and serve!
