Ingredients
- 2 large bunches salad greens
- 9 ounces beef steak
- 0.5 red bell pepper, siced
- 8 cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
- 4 radishes, sliced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 0.5 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 ounces gluten free tamari sauce
- Salt as needed
Directions
- Marinate steak in tamari sauce
- Make salad by adding bell pepper, tomatoes, radishes, salad green, oil, salt and lemon juice to a bowl, and toss them well
- Grill the steak to your desired doneness and transfer steak on top of the salad platter
- Let it sit for 1 minute and cut it crosswise
- Serve and enjoy!
