Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1.5 pound pork loin
- Pinch of dry mustard
- 0.5 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tablespoons stevia
- 0.5 cup cranberries
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 0.5 lemon, sliced
- 0.25 cup water
Directions
- Take aowl and add ginger, mustard, pepper and flour
- Stir well
- Add roast and toss well to coat it
- Transfer meat to a Slow Cooker and add stevia, cranberries, garlic, water, lemon slices
- Place lid and cook on LOW for 8 hours
- Drizzle the pan juice on top and serve!
