Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter, divided
  • 2 boneless pork chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350-degree F
  2. Pat pork chops dry with paper towel and place them in a baking dish
  3. Season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning
  4. Drizzle olive oil over pork chops
  5. Top each chop with ½ tablespoon butter
  6. Bake for 25 minutes
  7. Transfer pork chops on two plates and top with butter juice
  8. Serve and enjoy!
