- Combine the olive oil, lemon, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl, then set aside.
- Cut 3 slits into the chicken breasts to allow the marinade to soak in. Put the chicken in a separate bowl and pour the marinade over it.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and brush the grill grates with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill to cook for about 5 minutes until the juices are clear. Flip the chicken over and brush with the remaining olive oil. Grill for 3 minutes more.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and serve on plates.
