- 2 eggs
- 32 ounces chicken broth
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- Salt, to taste
Directions
- Bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and poach the 2 eggs in the broth for 5 minutes.
- Take two bowls and transfer the eggs into a separated bowl.
- Add chopped romaine lettuce into the broth and cook for a few minutes.
- Serve the broth with lettuce into the bowls.
