Tantalizing Butter Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons clarified butter
  • 4 cups green beans, trimmed

Directions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to boil
  2. Once the water starts to boil, add beans and cook for 3 minutes
  3. Take a bowl of ice water and drain beans, plunge them in the ice water
  4. Once cooled, keep them on the side
  5. Take a medium skillet and place it over medium heat, add ghee and melt
  6. Add red pepper, salt, garlic
  7. Cook for 1 minute
  8. Add beans and toss until coated well, cook for 3 minutes
  9. Serve and enjoy!
