Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Red pepper flakes to taste
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons clarified butter
- 4 cups green beans, trimmed
Directions
- Bring a pot of salted water to boil
- Once the water starts to boil, add beans and cook for 3 minutes
- Take a bowl of ice water and drain beans, plunge them in the ice water
- Once cooled, keep them on the side
- Take a medium skillet and place it over medium heat, add ghee and melt
- Add red pepper, salt, garlic
- Cook for 1 minute
- Add beans and toss until coated well, cook for 3 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
