Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups coconut cream
  • 1 vanilla extract
  • 1 cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup mashed tofu
  • 2 oz fresh strawberries

Directions

  1. Pour coconut cream into a bowl and whisk until a soft peak forms. Mix in vanilla and cinnamon.
  2. Lightly fold in tofu and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to set. Spoon into Serves glasses, top with the strawberries, and serve
