Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • tilapia fillets
  • tablespoons lemon juice
  • Pepper for seasoning
  • Lemon juice for seasoning
  • 0.5 tablespoons for clarified butter, for each fillet

Directions

  1. Cut single pieces of foil for the fillets
  2. Divide the bundle of asparagus into even number depending on the number of your fillets
  3. Lay the fillets on each of the pieces of foil and sprinkle pepper and add a teaspoon of lemon juice
  4. Add clarified butter and top with asparagus
  5. Fold the foil over the fish and seal the ends
  6. Repeat with all the fillets and transfer to cooker
  7. Cook on HIGH for 2 hours
  8. Enjoy!
