Ingredients

  • 10 ounces drained tuna
  • 0.5 cup Keto-Friendly mayonnaise
  • 1 medium avocado, cubed
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup almond flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup coconut oil

Directions

  1. Add the listed ingredients (except coconut oil) and avocado to a bowl and mix well
  2. Take cubed avocado and fold them into tuna
  3. Form balls from the mixture and dredge them in almond flour
  4. Take a pan and place it over medium heat, add oil and let it heat up
  5. Add tuna balls and fry until brown
  6. Serve hot!
