Directions
- Set your pot to Saute mode and water and herbs
- Place a steamer rack inside your pot and place salmon
- Drizzle Ghee on top of the salmon and season with salt and pepper
- Cover lemon slices
- Lock up the lid and cook on HIGH pressure for 3 minutes
- Release the pressure naturally over 10 minutes
- Transfer the salmon to a serving platter
- Set your pot to Saute mode and add vegetables
- Cook for 1-2 minutes
- Serve with vegetables and salmon. Enjoy!
