Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets, boneless
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 cup tomato passata
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. In a roasting pan, combine the cod with the oil and the other ingredients, toss gently, introduce in the oven at 370 degrees F and bake for 25 minutes
  2. Divide between plates and serve
