Beef Cheeseburger Wraps

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. of ground beef with 20% fat
  • 0.25 cup chopped onion
  • 4 small low carb tortillas
  • 2 slices of mild cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp of salsa

Directions

  1. Lightly grease a pan and add the onion and saute for a couple of minutes until almost transparent.
  2. Add the ground beef and sauté for 4-5 minutes or until the juices have evaporated.
  3. Add the salsa and toss.
  4. Distribute the ground beef mixture onto the tortilla chips and top with parmesan cheese.
  5. Serve optionally with a bit of sour cream
