Ingredients

  • 3 cans of 14 and ½ ounces chicken broth
  • 10 ounce Velveeta low-fat cheese
  • 2 bag frozen broccoli
  • 1 can of 10 and ½ ounce tomatoes and green chili pepper

Directions

  1. Add frozen broccoli, tomatoes, broth, and chili to a pot.
  2. Mix them well and place the pot over medium heat
  3. Bring it to a boil.
  4. Then reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
  5. Add cubed Velveeta into the soup.
  6. Simmer until the cheese melts.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
