Ingredients
- 3 cans of 14 and ½ ounces chicken broth
- 10 ounce Velveeta low-fat cheese
- 2 bag frozen broccoli
- 1 can of 10 and ½ ounce tomatoes and green chili pepper
Directions
- Add frozen broccoli, tomatoes, broth, and chili to a pot.
- Mix them well and place the pot over medium heat
- Bring it to a boil.
- Then reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
- Add cubed Velveeta into the soup.
- Simmer until the cheese melts.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
