Ingredients

  • 10 ounces chicken livers
  • 2 ounces sour cream
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 ounce onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. Place a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add oil and let it heat up.
  3. Add onions and fry until it turns brown.
  4. Put livers and season with salt.
  5. Cook till the livers become half-cooked.
  6. Take a stew pot and transfer the mix.
  7. Add sour cream and cook for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
