Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, ripe
  • 1 cup coconut milk, chilled
  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 20 mint leaves, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Directions

  1. Turn on your slow cooker and add all the ingredients into it.
  2. Mix them in a food processor.
  3. Make a smooth mixture.
  4. Let it chill for 10 minutes.
