Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup 36% heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened dried coconut, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1.5 teaspoon stevia
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt to taste
  • Toppings as blueberries

Directions

  1. Add the listed ingredients to a small pot, mix well
  2. Transfer pot to stove and place it over medium-low heat
  3. Bring to mix to a slow boil
  4. Stir well and remove the heat
  5. Divide the mix into equal servings and let them sit for 10 minutes
  6. Top with your desired toppings and enjoy!
