Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup 36% heavy cream
- 0.5 cup unsweetened dried coconut, shredded
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1.5 teaspoon stevia
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt to taste
- Toppings as blueberries
Directions
- Add the listed ingredients to a small pot, mix well
- Transfer pot to stove and place it over medium-low heat
- Bring to mix to a slow boil
- Stir well and remove the heat
- Divide the mix into equal servings and let them sit for 10 minutes
- Top with your desired toppings and enjoy!
