Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 15 pepperoni slices
  • 2 teaspoons coconut cream
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper , to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

  1. Take a bowl and whisk eggs with all the remaining ingredients in it
  2. Then take a skillet and heat butter
  3. Pour the ¼ of egg mixture into your skillet
  4. After that, cook for 2 minutes per side
  5. Repeat to use the entire batter
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
