  • 4 salmon fillets, boneless
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin, ground

Directions

  1. Heat up a pan with the oil over medium-high heat, add the onion and chili powder and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the fish, salt, pepper, and cumin, cook for 4 minutes on each side divide between plates and serve.
