- 4 salmon fillets, boneless
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin, ground
Directions
- Heat up a pan with the oil over medium-high heat, add the onion and chili powder and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the fish, salt, pepper, and cumin, cook for 4 minutes on each side divide between plates and serve.
