Ingredients

  • 10 ounces Canned Tuna, drained
  • 0.25 cup Keto Friendly mayonnaise
  • 1 medium avocado, cubed
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese
  • 0.3 cup almond flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper as needed
  • 0.5 cup coconut oil

Directions

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add the listed ingredients except coconut oil and avocado
  2. Take the cubed avocado and carefully fold them in the tuna mix
  3. Mix well and turn the mixture into balls
  4. Roll the balls into almond flour
  5. Take a pan over medium heat and add coconut oil
  6. Allow the oil to heat up
  7. Add tuna balls and cook them well until you have a brown texture
  8. Serve and enjoy!
