Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup swerve sugar
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 0.33 cup coconut flour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line a rectangular baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, cream the eggs with swerving sugar until smooth. Add in melted chocolate, butter, and whisk until evenly combined.
  3. Carefully fold in the coconut flour to incorporate and pour the mixture into the baking tray.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow cooling in the tray.
  5. Cut into squares and serve.
