Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup Erythritol
  • 2 teaspoons stevia powder
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract

Directions

  1. Coat the inside of your Slow Cooker with coconut oil
  2. Stir in eggs, coconut milk, stevia, Erythritol, coconut extract to your Slow Cooker
  3. Stir and place the lid
  4. Cook on LOW for 5 hours
  5. Let it cool for 1-2 hours
  6. Serve and enjoy!
  7. Tip: If you don’t have a slow cooker, you may use an Iron-Cast Dutch Oven. The temperature is 200 Degrees F for LOW and 250 degrees F for HIGH
