Ingredients
- 8 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup Erythritol
- 2 teaspoons stevia powder
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
Directions
- Coat the inside of your Slow Cooker with coconut oil
- Stir in eggs, coconut milk, stevia, Erythritol, coconut extract to your Slow Cooker
- Stir and place the lid
- Cook on LOW for 5 hours
- Let it cool for 1-2 hours
- Serve and enjoy!
- Tip: If you don’t have a slow cooker, you may use an Iron-Cast Dutch Oven. The temperature is 200 Degrees F for LOW and 250 degrees F for HIGH
