Ingredients
- 0.75 c of pumpkin puree
- 0.25 c of hemp seeds
- 0.5 c of coconut oil
- 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Directions
- Take a blender and add all of the ingredients
- Blend them well and portion the mixture out into silicon molds
- Allow them to chill and enjoy!
