Especial Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces salmon fillets, 5 ounces each
  • 4 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 4 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon sugar-free ketchup
  • 4 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons red boat fish sauce

Directions

  1. Take a bowl and mix in coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, fish sauce and mix
  2. Add salmon and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes
  3. Take a skillet/pan and place it over medium heat
  4. Add oil and let it heat up
  5. Add salmon fillets and cook on HIGH for 3-4 minutes per side
  6. Remove dish once crispy
  7. Add sauce and wine
  8. Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat
  9. Return salmon to the glaze and flip until both sides are glazed
  10. Serve and enjoy!
