Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds beef short loin
  • 2 thyme sprigs, chopped
  • 1 rosemary sprig, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Place all of the above ingredients in a re-sealable zipper bag. Shake until the short beef loin is well coated on all sides.
  2. Cook on a preheated grill for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping once or twice during the cooking time.
  3. Let it stand for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
