Directions
- Add oil to your Slow Cooker
- Add lamb, salt, pepper, vanilla bean extract, mustard, rosemary, garlic to your Slow Cooker and rub the mixture well
- Place lid and cook on LOW for 7 hours
- Add mint and thyme
- Cook for 1 hour more
- Let it cool and slice
- Serve with pan juices
