Hearty Crab Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crab meat, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • Red chili flakes as needed
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Coat the crab cubes in lime juice and let them sit for a while
  2. Add the all ingredients (including marinated crab meat) to your Slow Cooker and put the lid
  3. Cook on MEDIUM for 3 hours
  4. Let it sit for a while
  5. Remove lid and simmer the soup for 5 minutes more on LOW
  6. Stir and check to season
  7. Enjoy!
